Learn how to reframe “failure” After all if you don’t make mistakes, how can you ever learn? Often your failures are your greatest opportunities for transformation. Learn how to both forgive yourself for and grow stronger from the times you fall down.

Recognize the Stories You Carry

In order for change to happen we first need to recognize the ways we (often unconsciously) hold ourselves back. This week you’ll bring awareness to, shine the light on, & practice recognizing the stories you carry and the ways in which they limit your ability to fly.

This is how you begin to build your runway for takeoff!

Release the Old Narrative

Once you recognize your limiting narrative you can begin to release it, making room for a new narrative to live your life from.

This is when you begin to find, strap on and own your wings so you can fly. Discover, create and embody the story that supports you and shine your light into the world...

Daily teachings focused on letting go of what no longer serves you, listening to & trusting your intuition, shining your light, and being your most authentic, compassionate & joyful self.

Learn how to cultivate habits that give you the most energy, joy, power, and peace, so that when you're sad, feeling vulnerable, or you do or say something you really wish you hadn't, you can be with all of it with more grace, levity and compassion.

Ride the waves of life from your outer and inner core strength and power, listening to your inutition to guide you while practicing loving kindness for yourself and others. Learn how to let go (physically, mentally and emotionally) of the stories that trigger you.

These daily teachings support you on your sacred self care journey of being your most authentic self and living a life that is true to you so you can shine your light, let go of what no longer serves you, and spread your wings, sharing your love with the world.

Recorded midday breaks to help prevent burnout and keep you focused and present.

The middle of the day can be tough.

We get brain fog and fatigue, and our bodies get stiff, often with our shoulders slowly making their way to our ears.

If you're anything like me, taking a break in the middle of the day (or ideally mulitple mini breaks), is super challenging.

There's a real struggle to disengage from whatever you're doing just to breathe and to be.

But if you don't, by the end of the day you're tired and grumpy, short tempered, out of it, and your body feels like it was in a contortionist's box for hours, tied up in knots.

Ugh.

Midday pauses keep you focused and relaxed throughout the day, so you can end each day feeling calm and at peace.

Ahh...

Let me know what's working and where you struggle, what feels easy and where there's resistance, what's coming up for you and where you feel a deep release.

    • Journal exercises to help you connect to your intuition, let go of stress and anxiety, recognize, release and reframe the stories you carry that keep you stuck in fear and hold you back from living the life you're meant to live

    • Teachings, meditations, guidance and support in:

    • Cultivating healthy boundaries that honor you,

    • Reframing failure and learning how to forgive yourself when you fall,

    • Recognizing the stories you carry,

    • Releasing old narratives that hold you back and reframing your life to support expansion, growth, and following what you love instead of what you fear

    • As well as the From Self Care to Service Bonus Module where you'll learn how your self care can change the world, and what you can do to spread your light out into the world, whether that's on a local, national, or global level! As Gandhi said, "Be the change you want to see." 

    • And 2 one-on-one 30 minute self care check in calls with me each month, for a total of 4 one-on-one calls with me where you'll have all of my attention and personal guidance to support you in your self care journey.
